QA/QC Introduction

Implementation of our Quality Control System (QCS) is being conducted by 12 professional QCD (Quality Control Dept.) inspectors. These staff are responsible for monitoring the entire production process, from screening of raw materials, through to testing semi-finished items on the assembly line, and delivery to clients.

Our QC system is strictly in accordance with ISO9001 standards, and we continually strengthen the entire staff’s consciousness of the “Quality as life” credo. Overall, the QC division includes incoming-material inspectors (IQC), process inspectors, (PQC), painting inspectors (PQC), product testers (QA) and product inspectors (QA).
